El evento busc\u00f3 crear un espacio de debate e intercambio entre la comunidad, sociedad civil, Estado y academia. Con el objetivo de realizar un balance de los principales procesos que se dan en los barrios populares centrales de la ciudad Lima, relacionados al desarrollo urbano, la vivienda y la gobernanza.
